Shipping policy

This English version is provided for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.

Where we deliver

We accept orders from the member states of the European Union and from Switzerland; this applies to both the billing and the delivery address. Within the EU, it applies only to territories that belong to the EU VAT area. For this reason, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, for example, are excluded. We do not accept orders from other countries and territories. If such an order reaches us nonetheless, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid in full.

eBooks

eBooks are digital content. You receive access straight after your purchase, by email and in your customer account. Nothing is sent by post, so there are no shipping costs.

Certificate and Master award

The exam and your customer account are online. We send your “Certified Neuro Web Expert” certificate by post once you have passed the exam, and your Master award once it has been approved. As soon as you have confirmed your name and delivery address in your customer account, we dispatch the certificate within 10 working days and the Master award within 20 working days. Shipping is free of charge.

Usual delivery times after dispatch:

Germany and Austria: 2–3 working days
Switzerland: 3–4 working days, taxes and customs duties included
Portugal: 9–14 working days
Cyprus: 5–10 working days
all other EU member states: 3–7 working days

Deliveries to Switzerland go through customs, which may cause delays.

Printed books and Psycards

We deliver printed books and Psycards free of charge to Germany, Austria and Switzerland only. Delivery time: Germany and Austria 2–3 working days, Switzerland 3–4 working days. Customs clearance may cause delays for deliveries to Switzerland.
